A Little About White Cloud Coffee

In 1986 I started White Cloud Coffee. I took Joseph Campbell’s credo to heart when he said “Follow your bliss”. I have always loved great coffee, so I decided to start a coffee roasting company. We have been roasting specialty coffee for ten years. Our focus has always been finding the world’s finest coffee, roasting each batch with their special air-roasting system and sharing these wonderful coffees with customers all over the world.

We buy our coffee from many small farmers though out the world. I buy our coffees from Central America, Africa and Indonesia. Over the years I have taught myself Spanish, so now I really can understand what coffee means to the many small farmers we buy from. Many of our coffees come from women owned businesses such as Deli Café’ exporters in Costa Rica and Finca Oriflama in Guatemala.

After the coffee arrives here in Idaho, we fresh roast our coffees each day based on our customers needs. We use a unique air-roasting system that pulls out all the dust in each bag to produce a clean, sweet-smelling coffee that is fabulous to drink.
